I have chalk boards everywhere, reminding me what I’m up to when the swirl of a crazy day get in the way.
This particular chalk board has been in my office for nearly a decade now…. directly in front of my desk…. staring at me, life-sized, bold, daunting.
Hard to run from it, to ignore it. Instead, I lean in, every single day.
Using this guide as my measurement allowed me to be clear about what I needed to do, made nearly every decision easier and as a result, built everything I’ve got.
Now that I can look back and see the results, I’m positive that this daily intention mattered more than most anything else I’ve ever done.
(( the actual quote this is derived from is: “Do all the good you can. By all the means you can. In all the ways you can. In all the places you can. At all the times you can. To all the people you can. As long as ever you can.” ))
