Stumbling along the snowy Chicago streets I discover a giant list of questions, painted on a factory wall. In the center was a reminder to us all to “ask more questions”.. of our leaders, of each other and most importantly from ourselves.
What is your goal for this life?
What makes you happiest?
I love that someone asked because contemplating my own answers consumed me the rest of the day:
I want to add as much love to the world as possible thru the tangible and practical application of kindness. I want to serve everyone I meet in every way I can, I want to be my own best friend and act in my center more and not react when my emotions swing to the farther edges of reality. I want to die tired and used up and have people not remember me as much as they still benefit from my actions.
